I dont know if its a coincidence given recent comments on various sites as to the qulaity of aservice on CX, but my last two trips in J over the past few weeks have been excellent. The big difference was senior crew chatting and engaging with passengers beyond 'hello'. The common factor was that on both occassions the crew involved were foreign to HK, with HK crew being much shyer.
Recently I had a very good trip too.
Would this it be because after knowing the company loss around $600 million HKD, that they decided to do a better job?
