I dont know if its a coincidence given recent comments on various sites as to the quality of service on CX, but my last two trips in J over the past few weeks have been excellent. The big difference was senior crew chatting and engaging with passengers beyond 'hello'. The common factor was that on both occassions the crew involved were foreign to HK, with HK crew being much shyer.
