When I go to purchase a Hong Kong and China - Western Canada - flight pass, the list of eligible flights only includes Shanghai once I've logged in and selected purchase. Is this just a qlitch? Why doesn't it show all three Asian destinations?
Also on flight passes, do you have to pay fuel surcharges or other taxes/fees when actually booking the flight, or is it all-in from the initial payment?
