It's a fixed number of seats with Finnair. Forty seats on every flight btw Helsinki and CDG. Not sure about the first flight operated by a Finnair Embraer instead of the usual Airbus. Rules on codeshare domestic flights, no idea. Source: I don't remember. Must have read somewhere.
