Interesting thought on 763s intra-Asia. Keep in mind that NW introduced specially configured A320s on new intra-Asian routes not long ago and will soon be upgauging those to 757s. That allows them to serve lots of smaller markets out of NRT profitably--and also introduces all sorts of funky crew rotations, getting those narrow-body pilots out in Asia for several-day/week stints.</font>
Interesting that NW/CO are both using narrow body aircraft ex-NRT. I thought NRT's landing fees created a bias towards operating larger aircraft - but again this bias would probably change with fuel/personell costs as well.

In any case, I'll take any widebody over a narrowbody Airbus, and worse - a 757/737 in US domestic config.
