The problem is I need the receipt by August 30, but will not be flying until early September. I know when I fly domestic and upgrade with stickers, if I click print receipt from the website, the upgraded segments appear as "X." I assume this is the case for internationally upgraded segments. Can anyone confirm whether once purchased the flight will show as "B" or "C" on the website receipt?
Regarding
Dan5000's post, the confirmed upgrade on the held ticket, the agent did it without a problem. My reservation shows "C" with a business seat selected and no miles will be deducted from my account until the ticket is purchased.
