About seven or eight years ago, I had a big go-round with Retro-registration; I mean, I sent the BPs and then there were two or three exchanges of e-mail but they still wouldn't give me the points I thought I deserved. Finally I wrote a letter to CS in Sweden, carefully describing the original situation and detailing all correspondence pertaining thereto. Soon after, I got an e-mail from SAS-Finland. They didn't give me the actual points, but they did renew my EBG (which is what the 'missing' points would have done, and why I was so persistent). In the end the result was OK, but they really made me fight for it.
