Just called the toll number, to have the Elite status changed (while on the phone!). Their web redesign must not have changed the auto-update back-end code. The status used to be:

Hertz #1 Club Gold Member

and now shows:

Hertz #1 Club Gold
Five Star Member

The CSR stated that I don't have to rebook my reservations, or have the individual reservations updated. So... I have existing reservations for Prestige. Are there multiple levels of Prestige, for 5* upgrades?
