The price from OSL was this year, next year the cheapest way to get to SFO is from LON at nearly double.
The ex-EU price would have increased by 25% just because of the rise in value of the EUR against the GBP. I wouldn't expect the relative price (ex-EU compared to ex-GB) to increase by more than that, though; maybe it's more a question of availability of the cheaper fare buckets at the time you checked? (Or a sale last year?)
