I placed an LHR trip on hold and then called to upgrade with miles. Upgrade cleared but I have not yet purchased the flight. The problem is I need to submit a receipt showing a Y ticket, but my seats already show up as C. Any suggestions on how I can get a Y receipt without losing the upgrade?
