It's spend across all cards business or personal which are attached to YOUR SSN. If it's a business card where you are not the primary card holder, you are NOT eligible. If you are the primary card holder (the card is bound to your SSN and you bear full responsiblity for the account), you may use the spend from that card. I know because I'm a Cent Holder and I did it this way.
