In regards to the OP, on a recent SEA-ORD redeye, my colleague sitting in E+(I got a last minute op-up thank God) discovered a blanket under the seat next to him that had been used to wipe up vomit. Somehow no one managed to clean it up/remove it. Seeing as how that type of thing happens, its no surprise that the cleaning crews can't manage to wipe down seats, walls, vacuum, etc.
