I'm almost certain that the answer is no, but I wanted to make sure.

Here's the situation:

I just recently lost my Premier status last March, and still have 4-Ecerts in my account.

Now, however, I've achieved US "Preferred" status.

If I have my US Airways FF number on the reservation, can I use my 4-500 mile ECerts to upgrade on a discounted coach class ticket?
