T4 vs. T5: Arrivals Lounge / First Lounge / Elemis

I will be arriving into LHR T4, leaving from T5. My first time using T5... Two questions for the experts here:

1. Which terminal has the better Arrivals Lounge / First Lounge / Elemis Spa? Or are they pretty much the same?

2. Which lounge offers the better breakfast buffet (around 8 am)? Arrivals or First?
