I can't prove I'm right or wrong since the website has changed now. I remember for sure that the balance of miles due during the booking online was 67500 and then it changed to 45000 after checkout. I do know that there has never been an upgrade to business with vouchers but it is hard to accept that the 45000 was an error as I have been chaged this amount on at least three redemptions until my most recent one and I really cannot recall the current words that refer to Premium Economy on long haul.
