I was on a super small prop plane today (maybe 20 people) and a guy walked by me and I could read on the bag "Department of Justice" and below, "Federal..."

I'm guessing the end would be Bureau of Investigation. But I still find it odd somebody on an airplane would paint themselves like that.

So do FAM's carry bags like this? It was a small black duffle bag. I didn't look back again; fell asleep, but you couldn't recline seats and there was no service on the plane.
