This is good news... Doesn't prevent me keeping a spare change of clothes in my carry on I think!
I've given myself a couple of days in Chicago if things go belly up, so that should be helpful at least.

If your SEA/PHX flight ends up being delayed where you think you'd miss your flight to ORD, see if they will reroute you on a nonstop to ORD such as on UA or AA. It might take a bit of "pushing" on your part but I do find that the US people in SEA are a pretty good bunch.
Now that's an excellent idea. It's something to bear in mind on the day if the dice don't roll correctly that day. ^
