and provide your MP number and a copy of the bluey or a letter authorizing the transaction.

I had a sponsor sign a bluey in SIN and while all indications were positive,,,my ug had long cleared and my itin looked fine, during OLCI the dreaded "your upgrade has not been authorized" message appeared.

It took some heated last minute negotiations to get that error reversed and checkin okd but later irrops also brought the issue up all over again.

so the better equipped your better half is, the less chance for hassles during travel.
