I did write a TR on my flight from CLE to JFK on a Q-200 and was underwhelmed by the noise and the lack of any seat adjustments. It was also noisy and took about 50% longer to fly the segment. However, my experience on the Q-400 was much better. In the back, the Q-400 was much quieter and more comfortable, it was faster and had minimal vibration. It certainly was up to the task of a 300 mile flight vs the kenjets. However, I do remember what the Q-200 replaced (Beach 1900), and in my opinion, that was an improvement.
