Are there any GPS 'detectors' out there - a device you can wave around your car to check for the presence of tracking antennas?
There are devices that will jam signals within a limited distance, but the use of such devices in the US often constitutes a violation of FCC rules, so I can see why you would ask about detectors rather than jammers. Keep in mind that jamming is more efficient use of money since GPS tracking isn't the only form of remote electronic monitoring that exists -- cell phone's can be used to follow a person's movements easily enough.
