Thank you for your replies. Called back, got US based agent. Got the upgrade and seated me next to my wife. Confirmed in my trips section. ^

Got the off peak Envoy saver award. 30K each way/person. Tuesday outbound, Tuesday return (1 week later). Can't get picky on this award. Low taxes, did it before all the fees took effect.
