The 'official' Cookie Service Manual:
  1. Place cookie dough in oven.
  2. Bake cookies and ensure entire cabin has baked cookie aroma.
  3. Remove cookies from oven.
  4. Do not distribute cookies to passengers.
  5. Observe how long it takes for “Where is my #%&@% cookie ?” thread to appear on FlyerTalk.
