OT - they should be loaded on all Virgin services, but mostly the on-board staff don't bother dishing them out, preferring to chase passengers away from the seats in the front coach so the staff can sit there instead and talk - I only know one Virgin crew who consistently do a hot towel run.

Back to the subject, I would certainly miss the hot towels. If the supply problems continue, my local Primark can do four (very thin) face cloths for £1.50, I'll be happy to buy some on BA's behalf (and they come in lots of colours!)
