Why?
An adult is answering the phone, not the kids. And it certainly wouldn't be hard to have it be a requirement that the PNR and child's name be used to summon a kid to the phone. Odds of anyone other than a parent having both those pieces of information are very, very, very small. Plus, we're talking about a phone call, not physical access to anything. I cannot see where the risk is.
