I think there has been a change for the good in Norway. I haven't sent many. A couple last winter with no reply whatsoever.

But then two new ones the last couple of months with very prompt reply. This is nice.

The service level when calling the ticket office has also improved, I think. Got some fantastic service a week ago when I wanted to change a rather odd overseas booking.
