, and the electronic authorization didn't go through properly. Fortunately, I took a photo of the signed bluey to email to the travelers, and it came in handy when they checked in.
a picture ... what a great idea with cell phone cameras. I usually ask for a copy or a printout, get it about 50% of the time. The other times, I ask them to read back what they put into the comments section or call the 1K line as soon as we're done to verify that they see it was authorized/signed for okay.
ps Don't call it a bluey when talking to the airport folks - tell them you need to authorize the ticket and verify you didn't barter/exchange for it. That they will hopefully understand.
