We had a three room two night stay at the San Antonio Northwest Marriott this weekend. Long story short, my dad called our room and said that he was feeling unwell and asked for us to take him to the hospital; us not knowing the SAT area well enough I called the front desk, they arranged for paramedics and within 5 minutes all was taken care of. My dad is doing well but as an added touch, the staff sent a fruit basket with a lovely hand written card with their best wishes. I was incredibly touched and thought it not only thoughtful but incredibly classy.

I have already written a letter of appreciation to Marriott Corporate but wanted Marriott Concierge to see this and also give a big ^ to the wonderful staff of the San Antonio Northwest Marriott; especially the wonderful lady who was calm, quick thinking and handled everything when I called her at midnight needing help.
