Yes, UA still give out those bags both in First and Business class.

The First Class bag is a brown suede bag with eyeshades, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, tissues, a toothpick/floss thingy.. and I think that's it.

The Business class bag is a small blue bag with the same stuff.
