We got totally screwed on an October trip to CDG. They split my wife and me onto two separate routings (me via ORD and her via IAD), downgauged a plane (new 767 to 2-class 777), took away our 21HJ on the 777 that hasn't cleared the upgrade and gave them to someone else, and who knows what else. 45 minutes so far on this phone call...
Plus, the first 1K agent I called hung up on me when I was trying to give her both PNRs (apparently she couldn't handle two).
