Would you be willing to give them a call and ask how one requests the paypass built into the credit card without the dongle? I have tried twice and keep receiving the dongle. The credit card side states that Citibank does not offer the feature at all in credit cards or only in a few (not the AA MC). When I called the bank side they state that it is only available in the debit cards. Are you sure that you have the credit card and not a debit card? Thanks in advance.
My AAdvantage Citi Mastercard is most definitely a credit card. I pay the bill each month. The customer service number on the back is 1-888-766-2484.
I used it today in Canada. Just a wave of the card and the CAD's were flying out of my account, [EDIT] or rather the charge was flying onto my balance.
