I travel quite a bit to China, usually AF/KLM business class. I need to go in a couple of weeks at my own expense so it will have to be economy this time

Looking at fares, Finnair have some really good promos at the moment; MAN-Helsinki-PVG is £385, more than £200 cheaper than AF/KLM. I have a contact in Finnair that may be able to status match my FB Plat for me.

I've never flown Finnair. Question is, if I can get a status match, which would should I go for? Naturally, the default is Finnair on price and the connections look fine but I have no idea about the comparable soft benefits such as lounge quality, seat comfort, food, IFE etc
