While "cosmetic", the conditions were hardly those to inspire confidence among travelers.
This is my point: who did you contact? AA in general, or a party responsible for that particular division? Other threads (most notably regarding catering issues on DEL flights) indicate that contact w/the dept. responsible for a certain issue can lead to more fruitful results.
