I have Plat status that was provided as a match back in mid-June. Question I have, I'm flying on NWA tomorrow and while it accepts my CO FF number, it does not show my status as CO Plat, "Elite Plus". I called NWA and they said they see my FF number but as a standard member.

I assume I can show my CO Plat Card for priority boarding, etc.

Is there anything I can do with the CO OnePass service center that can fix this issue?
