I don't know. After last year on a DFW/MCO 757 aboard which the after cabin looked as if it had been used to haul a full crew of oil field roughnecks and their gear (black marks - big and dark - on the bulheads and, unbelievably, on the overhead), and paneling detaching from the trim strips holding it in place, I emailed a complaint.....No response at all.
While "cosmetic", the conditions were hardly those to inspire confidence among travelers.
