Nasty. Last month I flew ANC-DFW and was surprised that after an almost seven hour flight (more than some AA longhauls) the aircraft wasn't cleaned or even tidied one jot, I'm sorry my blanket had been folded and put on the seat . My seat area and table between seats was covered in crumbs and other detritus so I spent the first few seconds at my seat brushing it all onto the floor.

It wasn't disgusting like the OP mentioned but it wasn't expected, this plan hadn't just come off a 2hr hop from DFW...
