The promo was "500 miles for every $50 spent".

I hope they aren't interpreting this as "500 miles for each purchase of $50 or more", as I spent $400 and was credited 500 miles.

They need to get their act together - either in crediting the miles properly or writing their rules more clearly.

So, if you buy $500 in Home Depot giftcards in one purchase you got only 500 miles, but if you made 10 separate purchases of $50 in HD giftcards you get 5,000 miles?
Which is it, Northwest?!!!

Does anybody have an email address to complain about this, or does it have to be done by regular mail only?
