The Sheraton in question is the old Marriott Harrisburg. The Four Points in question is the old (and I mean old) Sheraton Inn Harrisburg. If the purpose of the stay is for access to Hershey, then I would strongly recommend the Sheraton since its location is ideal for getting on the expressway to Hershey. The Four Points is buried in a business office complex further away.

The Sheraton is about a 1984 hotel while the Four Points is probably something like 1970.
