I followed the link in the e-mail to rate a Dine in the NW program, filled in the ratings and submitted it, and got a dialog box as if I were downloading the file (but slightly different wording). I declined it, and the rating form appeared unpopulated. I filled it in and submitted it again, and it was unpopulated again. I think one other time I got the dialog box. I've tried on different days, after the computer's been off, and keep getting the fields cleared. Since I generally go from e-mail, I looked at the FAQ to see about rating it from my account on the site. I read to go to "Rate your dining experience" next to the Dine in My Rewards. I see no Rate link; shall I take it to mean that it's already been registered? Anyone familiar with this?
