Back when I did a lot of 1-week stays at a Hampton Inn, my mainstays were grocery-store sushi (no cooking needed), salad bars (ditto) and frozen Weight Watchers/Healthy Choice dinners which I'd nuke in the microwave in the lobby. I rareoy went out to dinner even though employer would have covered it- preferred to just dip into the hotel pool, then eat dinner in front of the TV and kick back.
