We're going to try to book more of the kitchenette style rooms whenever possible but this week it's fridge/micro. I've started using the steamer bags and doing a lot of steamed veggies and fish. Yesterday I found a farmer's market on the way back to the hotel and bought some lovely heirloom tomatoes - they were superb!
I also realized I can softboil an egg in the coffee pot - so much better than the weird egg disk thingie on the breakfast buffet.
