Dear Shopper,

For the bmi (British Midland) Mystery Shopping project, we are looking for shoppers who can fly during September from London Heathrow and other Regional airports to several UK, Europe and long haul destinations.

You will be required to assess the whole customer experience from booking a ticket, to leaving the airport at the destination.

There are two questionnaires (outward bound and return) which must be completed within 24 hours of your return flight.

For a same day return, you MUST allow at least 4 hours between your arrival and departure. You do have the option to stay away for a maximum of 7 nights, however you will not be reimbursed for the cost of accommodation.

There is no shop fee, however the following expenses will be reimbursed providing you scan and upload your boarding cards / tickets / receipts in to your questionnaires:
- Full cost of the flight
- Full cost of visa (if required)
- Up to GBP39.00 travel
- Up to GBP6.00 in flight catering each way

You will receive reimbursement at the end of the following month to when the flights are completed. Please note that when you are reimbursed, you may incur a small loss during the euro to pound conversion, however due to the perk of these mystery shops involving free flights, this loss will not be reimbursed.
