I get a bottle of water with a price tag of $6 no chips. Not having upgrades is actually fine with me since I did not expect much. But I think a one-bed room for a couple is not way across the line especially when the hotel is half empty. Yes it's a priceline reservation, but don't act like letting PL customer stay is a favor given to them, hotels can also choose not to use hotwire or PL for their unsold room and just eat the loss.
