Since, dibby, is currently at the hotel, I would suggest having a talk with the General Manager. This is a new property and things like this should be stopped in their tracks.
It's obvious there is some sort of communication breakdown at the property.
This way we can see if the GM is worth his/her salt. If the GM doesn't recitify the situation, then by all means contact customer service!
