This story and others like it makes me think of the countless others out there who do not have the knowledge that users of this forum have.
For every one of us FT'ers that have a problem with an award booking and get it solved by checking checkmytrip, expertflyer, or asking the right questions to the call centre, or ensuring that SQ tickets are issued on time, all the knowledge we have built up by our collective experience - how many hapless souls are out there whose dream trips are shattered because they - though no fault of they own - do not have the understanding we have??
