I'm averaging about $.09/MQM, you're averaging around $.20/MQM, others are paying much more. It all depends on routing, schedule, other decisions. For example, I have spent a
lot of time sitting in Y on AZ TATL flights,
which others wouldn't tolerate.
The amount of $ spent is a factor in EP, I hope they don't make it a factor in PM, since, as the linked photo attests, 9 hours in those seats isn't the same as 9 hours up front in a lie-flat seat with power ports and AVOD.
