Actually, there was at least 1 targeted double MQM promo last year, as I remember getting the email. It was for flying certain R/T's on non stop flights from LAX. I believe there were 6-8 destinations to choose from. I specifically remember FLL and BOS as I considered both of them under the promo. It was for flights between October and December 1 IIRC.
