I was there at the end of May - lovely hotel with exceptionally friendly attentive staff. Some of the rooms are a little small with little natural light due to being in the roof of the old monastery building.

And seeing as (1) the hotel is very new and (2) it's a monastery building that dates back several hundred years, it's unlikely to have just faded into the ether.
