Thanks. That makes total sense why KVS won't show me anything that NW won't show me. That is a major failing, especially when LIM is served by a variety of SkyTeam members.
It probably also explains why it won't give me any award data for SCL either, since neither CO nor NW serve it.
Well, NWA.com will show DL flights where there is availability (and AF flights, too) but if there is no availability they don't show up in the matrix at all. That can be confusing at times.
