BTW, my experience at this Hilton City Center (salt lake city) totally sucks. Well, maybe I'm just a silver, but hey, the guy at front desk was acting like a robot. No warm welcome attitude when checking in, and when I asked if there's any goodies for being a silver, he simply said not here. The worst part is me and my wife got a room with two twin beds and a tiny bath room. I called to change the room for a One-bed ( I said no matter king or queen, as long as it has a bigger one bed) room, he was like sorry we were out.

Nothing is free here except the morning paper.
So this is the Priceline stay? There is no excuse for not being greeted warmly at check-in, every guest deserves that (assuming no attitude issues on the part of the guest), regardless of status. But you asked for "goodies" on a Priceline reservation? And you're surprised at the room assignment?
