
We are heading to NYC to stay in the Renaissance during the RNC convention in St. Paul. I had a 7 night reward stay booked for almost a year. This AM when I woke up I had a cancelation notice which the PLT Line said was the hotel canceling the reservation not someone breaking into my account. Has this happened to anyone else. The PLT line person (a very helpful person who will get a nice note) said do not worrry that she would make sure it was fixed when the staff at the hotel gets in. I cannot call the PLT line or hotel today as I am in an all day meeting. Any suggestions?
